The Bug Barrier Program is billed at a rate of $44.95 per month and includes regularly scheduled pest prevention services for the primary residence located on the property. Service is performed on a quarterly basis, with four (4) scheduled treatments per year.
Each scheduled treatment may include, as deemed necessary by the technician, the following seven-step protection process:
- Perimeter Spray
- Granular Guard
- Crack & Crevice Treatment
- Eave Sweeping
- Dust Barrier Application
- Interior Spot Treatment (as needed)
- Rodent Control Measures (as needed)
Greener Grass Organic Lawn & Pest will make reasonable efforts to provide follow-up service within seventy-two (72) business hours when covered pest activity is reported between scheduled visits. The 72-hour response timeframe applies only during normal business operations and excludes weekends, holidays, severe weather events, staffing shortages, acts of God, and circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. While every effort will be made to meet this response goal, response times are not guaranteed.
Services provided under this agreement apply solely to the primary residence located on the property. Any detached structures, including but not limited to detached garages, workshops, sheds, barns, or other accessory buildings, are excluded from the standard service area unless expressly included in writing. If service is requested for any detached structure or additional area, additional charges shall apply and will be calculated based on the linear footage requiring service.
Monthly billing shall continue regardless of the number of treatments performed during a given billing cycle. The monthly fee represents participation in an ongoing protection program and is not based upon the number of visits completed within any particular month.
Pest activity may vary due to environmental conditions, seasonal pressures, structural conditions, sanitation factors, and customer cooperation. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to control covered pests, no pest control service can guarantee complete elimination of all insects, rodents, or future pest activity.
Upon cancellation of service, the customer shall remain responsible for payment of all charges due for the current billing month, plus one (1) additional month's service fees. This obligation applies regardless of the number of services provided under the agreement at the time of cancellation.
By enrolling in the Bug Barrier Program, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
